We started on this journey over a year ago. It is our pleasure to have the opportunity to serve you and to have been able to bring back this Kingston landmark.

Here at the Skytop Steakhouse and Brewing Company we began our building’s renovations a year ago and are still a work in progress. It was so wonderful to have had the many visitors throughout our construction phase stopping up to share their past Skytop memories. We heard about past wedding receptions, Christmas parties and even some first dates. It is our pleasure and priority to fill the mighty big shoes which had been left empty the past eleven years.

Up here, at the “new” Skytop Steakhouse and Brewing Company, we will bring you the best food, service and handcrafted brews that we can. We use only the best ingredients available and we buy locally grown products whenever possible. We specialize in dry aging USDA choice meats to give you the very best tasting steaks. Our world class handcrafted ales and lagers, brewed on premise, are basically the best beers on the planet.

The Skytop still serves up a breathtaking view as well as a whole lot of fun. With live music every weekend, you can come and relax, listen or dance the night away. Perhaps you will even indulge in our Caribbean blue colored Skytop Martini.

No matter your purpose for visiting us here at the Skytop we will view your visit as special occasion. It is our sincere joy to serve this community with the best food, service, brew and view possible.
